    We came here before a flight out. I used to go to the location closer to Schermerhorn most mornings out of the week many years ago when I used to work nearby. Now that I live in a city with no decent bagels, this was a happy reprieve from my bagel-less existence. Perfect bagels. And they know what a "schmear" is! Mmm

    This place was bad. It was dark and confusing inside and no matter how cold it is outside, sitting at one of the tables not in the restaurant will be preferable. The employees are nice if confused.

    I got a bagel with hummus on it and due to the runny, grainy texture and questionable taste, I'm like 50% sure it was actually mustard? The bagel was tough and tasted stale. I threw it out and skipped breakfast.

    I originally left a much worse review but it seems to be much less chaotic when ordering. The food is always good, at least the few things I usually get. It's always some version of a whole wheat everything bagel and they pretty much always get my (food) order right and make the food well. They totally hold their own against your common bagel spot. But I have to say, I go in pretty often and it's gotten to be a joke with the staff and manager that they consistently give me a hazelnut iced coffee when I've asked for a regular.

    I got really annoyed the first few times because they wouldn't admit they'd given me the wrong coffee. Like I'm not able to tell the difference between flavored and unflavored black coffee. I'd ask for another, but regular, and they'd give me another hazelnut hahahaha. It turns out that on what seems to be a regular basis they only brew hazelnut iced coffee and just give it to everyone who orders iced coffee. I'm not sure if it's a constant mistake or they do it because they're out of regular.

    I will never come here again!

    Waited for my order on the hottest day in NYC for 20 minutes and they have NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Placed my 2 Bacon egg whites and cheese on toasted bagels. Did I say No Air Conditioning! Their toaster was broken, made my sandwiches wrong and the bagels were hard. What a waste of $12.52.

    Never again!

    Seriously with this place. Rude, nasty and worst part of it all just don't care

    Simple request for an additional sweet n low turned into a " who can be the worse, the owner or worker, when both stated they were out

    I took one look behind the counter and saw stacks of them but they were out???

    Stay away
